Terms Of Service & Use
Genral Rules⛧ I require 100% artistic liberty.⛧My prices are listed in GBP (£). If you are paying from a different country, please note that the final amount may vary due to currency conversion rates.⛧I reserve the right to decline any commission or request.⛧Commercial use is NOT allowed.⛧You may not sell the artwork for profit.⛧You may not claim, trace, reference, or repost my artwork without permission.⛧You may post your commissioned artwork to your gallery, but credit must be given.⛧I do not accept commissions from individuals under the age of 18.⛧Please be patient! I have obligations outside of art, but if there are any unexpected delays, I will notify you.⛧Turnaround time (TAT): 1 to 3 months depending on complexity and workload.
⛧If you change your username, please let me know so I can easily find you.
⛧Ghosting or violating my TOS will result in blacklisting. I am not required to provide a reason.⛧Important Notes⛧⛧My schedule varies as I work night shifts.
⛧I do not work on commissions or trades on Thursdays and Fridays (these are my designated days off).
Commission & Artwork Rights⛧I have the right to post any commissions publicly. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know in advance.
⛧You are allowed to post your commissioned artwork, but credit must be given.
Payment, Refunds and Process
Payment & Refunds
Accepted payment method: PayPal (invoice only).
NOT accepted: CashApp, e-checks, or other payment methods.
⛧Payment is required before I provide a clean sketch. Please be as detailed as possible to avoid revisions.⛧Payment plans are available in most cases—please ask if needed.Refunds:⛧Full refunds are only available if I have not started your commission (unless I state otherwise).
⛧ If the commission is already in progress, a refund may not be possible unless I decide otherwise.⛧I will not spend your payment until the commission is fully completed.
Process & Communiation
⛧I will provide updates at key stages (e.g., initial sketch, final draft).
⛧Please allow a few days to weeks (depending on complexity) for updates.
⛧Communication will take place on the platform you contacted me on. If you prefer a different platform, let me know.
⛧If you haven’t heard from me, you are welcome to check in—I appreciate gentle reminders!
⛧Harassment is not tolerated. If any delays occur, I will inform you to keep you updated.
⛧If you fail to respond within a reasonable time, it may impact your eligibility for a refund.⛧Communication is key to ensure a smooth process!
Design Rules
⛧Traded designs cannot be sold since no money was originally spent to obtain them.
⛧You cannot resell or trade my designs if you’ve owned them for less than 2 months.
⛧If you transfer ownership of a character I created, the new owner must follow my TOS.
⛧You have full rights to use the character (e.g., fursuits, VTubers, VRChat avatars) as long as credit is given.
⛧Gift art, trade art, or any artwork received for free should not be factored into the resale price of a character.
